These terms apply when you use npdsoftwares.com or buy a service, product or licence from NPD Softwares, 1/542-B, TPN Garden, K Chettipalayam, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641604, India (GSTIN 33ATTPN9369B1Z7). "We" and "us" mean NPD Softwares. "You" means the person or business using the website or buying from us. By placing an order, paying an invoice or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services and products
- Projects: website, online store, mobile app, custom software, DTP and content work, built to a written quote or proposal.
- Software and licences: products such as the NPD Stories Pro WordPress plugin, supplied under a licence key.
- Subscriptions: software we run for you, such as Blast and WhatsApp marketing software, and yearly maintenance or support plans.
- Free tools: the Domain Availability Checker and Domain Expiry Checker, provided as they are, without any guarantee that results are complete or up to date.
2. Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote that lists the pages, features, timeline and price. Work that is not in the quote, or changes after you approve a design, is extra and will be quoted separately before we do it. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
3. Prices, invoices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and GST is added where it applies. You will receive a GST invoice for every payment.
- Projects are billed in three parts, unless your quote says otherwise: 50% in advance, 25% when the project is 50% complete, and the final 25% before the website, app or files are handed over or go live.
- Subscriptions and licences are paid in advance for the period shown on the invoice (monthly or yearly).
- You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or bank transfer. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay); we never see or store your card details.
- If an invoice is unpaid 15 days after its due date, we may pause work, support or the subscription until it is paid.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us the content (text, photos, logo, product details) and feedback on time. Delays on your side move the delivery date.
- Make sure you have the right to use everything you send us, including images, logos and text.
- Do not use our software, website or tools for anything illegal, for spam, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
- Keep your passwords and admin logins safe.
5. Ownership
- Once a project is paid in full, you own the website or app built for you, its content and your data. Your domain is registered in your name.
- Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images remain under their own licences.
- Our own products (for example NPD Stories Pro and Blast) stay our property. A licence or subscription gives you the right to use them for the term you paid for; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
- Unless you ask us not to, we may list your project on our Our Work page and add a small "designed by NPD Softwares" credit in the website footer.
6. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, SSL, email, payment gateways, WhatsApp (Meta), app stores and similar services are provided by other companies under their own terms and prices. We help set them up, but we are not responsible for their outages, price changes or decisions (such as an app store or WhatsApp rejecting a submission).
7. Support, bug fixes and service renewal
Bug fixes, security updates and support after launch are included in your yearly service renewal (maintenance plan). Without an active service renewal, fixes and changes are quoted and charged separately. New features or changes to the agreed scope are always quoted separately. We do our best to keep everything we build secure and working, but we cannot guarantee that any website or app will be free of errors or available at all times, or that it will reach a particular ranking on Google.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service or product is limited to the amount you paid us for that service or product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or lost business.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you place an order applies to that order.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled by the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
