NPD Softwares provides digital services and software. We do not ship any physical goods. This page explains how and when you receive what you buy from us.
How we deliver
- Websites and online stores go live on your domain. You receive the admin login and a short handover guide by email.
- Mobile apps are published to Google Play and/or the Apple App Store under your developer account, or delivered as installable test builds before publishing.
- Software and licences (for example NPD Stories Pro) are delivered as a download link and licence key by email or through the client portal.
- Subscriptions (for example Blast) are activated online; you receive your login details by email or WhatsApp.
- DTP and content work is delivered as files (PDF, Word or print-ready files) by email or a download link.
- Invoices, payments and your project history are always available in the client portal.
Typical timelines
Your quote shows the exact timeline. As a guide, once we have your content and the advance payment:

Timelines start when we have both the advance payment and the content we need from you. App store reviews by Google and Apple, and WhatsApp template approvals by Meta, are outside our control and can add a few days.
Delays
If we expect a delay on our side, we tell you as soon as we know, with a new date. If a delivery is late by more than 30 days for reasons on our side, you can cancel and receive a refund for the work not yet delivered, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:30, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 to 19:30 (IST). Messages received outside these hours are answered the next working day.
