Questions people ask

Why do my business emails go to spam?

Most often because the domain is missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, so Gmail and Outlook cannot confirm the email really came from you. Since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo also expect a DMARC record from businesses that send regularly.

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

SPF lists the servers allowed to send email for your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to each email. DMARC tells receivers what to do when an email fails those checks, and where to send reports. Together they stop others from faking your address.

DKIM shows "not found". Is it missing?

Not always. DKIM keys sit under a name called a selector, and each provider uses its own. We try the common ones; if your provider uses a different selector, enter it in the box (you will find it in your email provider's DNS settings).

Can you set this up for me?

Yes. We set up business email on Google Workspace, Zoho or Hostinger and add the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for you. Tap "Get this fixed" to send us the report on WhatsApp.
