This policy explains what personal information NPD Softwares (1/542-B, TPN Garden, K Chettipalayam, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641604, India; GSTIN 33ATTPN9369B1Z7) collects through npdsoftwares.com and our services, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
In short: we collect only what we need to answer you, do the work and send you invoices or reminders you asked for. We never sell your personal information, and we do not show advertising on this website.

2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To deliver the websites, apps, software, licences and subscriptions you buy, and to support them.
- To run your client portal account: tickets, invoices, payments, quotes and statements.
- To send service messages you would expect, such as ticket updates, sign-up codes, invoices, payment receipts and domain expiry reminders.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and understand which pages are useful.
- To keep accounting and tax records required by law.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the companies that help us run our business, and only what each one needs:
- Hostinger: hosting for this website, its database and our business email.
- Zoho (Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, India data centre): client contacts, enquiries, invoices, quotes and payments.
- Tryowbot and Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): WhatsApp sign-up codes, ticket updates and expiry reminders.
- Razorpay and other payment gateways: to process online payments. Card and bank details are entered on the payment partner's secure page; we never see or store them.
- Google: Google Analytics (website statistics) and Google Fonts (website typefaces).
- Domain registries and lookup services (RDAP and WHOIS): receive only the domain names you check, never your personal details.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to tax authorities or under a valid court order.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Essential cookies keep you signed in to the client portal and remember form and session details. The website does not work properly without them.
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics tell us, in aggregate, how visitors use the website. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for ads.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Client records, invoices and payments: for as long as you are a client and for the period Indian tax and accounting laws require after that.
- Domain expiry reminders: until you stop them or the domain is deleted.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: usually a few weeks.
6. Security
The website runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, sign-up codes expire after a few minutes, and access to client data is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.
7. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, unless we must keep it by law (for example invoices);
- stop using it for something you agreed to, such as the newsletter or expiry reminders.
Every domain expiry reminder has a one-click link to stop it. To leave the newsletter or for anything else, contact us using the details below. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
8. Websites we build for clients
When we build or maintain a website, store or app for a client, the client decides what information it collects from its own customers and is responsible for it. We process that information only on the client's instructions, to build, host or support their service.
9. Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell clients by email.
